I have a client who registered a name thru pool.com/namescout.com and wants
to transfer it away. Status is clientTransferProhibited. He says, he's got a
management interface, but no option to change that status. He already
contacted pool.com and namescout.com. pool.com points to namescout and
namescout simply doesn't answer. The domain in question is example.com.
How can we go forward here?
