You already have to enter both the AUTH code (for the most common TLDs) and a 
phone number, and IIRC correctly pick an accept or reject box, so I don't 
think pre-fetching of POST requests (which would be a stupid thing for a 
prefetch system to do) is valid a reason not to do this.

Indeed at this point in the procedure the person requesting the transfer 
already given the auth code, so that seems like an unnecessary complication 
but I'm willing to be persuaded on that one.

Who do we send the copy of "Don't make me think" to?
