Hi Jo,
.CA domain transfers only need one approval - the CIRA one - unlike
.com/net transfers which are approved via the email OpenSRS sends out to
the admin contact.
In short, nothing to worry about here. CIRA sends the admin contact a
transfer email and they approve it using a link the CIRA website using
their CIRA username/password.
