It's important to note that the price listed is for .TEL domains
registered during the sunrise period only. At general availability,
registrants will be able to register .TEL domains for a one year term,
and at a cost comparable with other gTLDs.

It may be implemented as a registry, but it's essentially $300+ for a
directory listing, that has yet to prive itself.
