This site lists radio stations the broadcast live using RealPlayer. Got
to the FAQ and click on 3-3 do any of the stations braodcast over the
internet. From there you can click on a station that has an "R" on it. 

I'm not sure if this will work and alas, I won't be able to try it
myself since I won't be home. I wanted to figure this out because I
can't get Arrow 93.1( ths station Bob Coburn is on) in my house so I
have to listen in the car.
