Excellent question. I'm sure it's something we all dream about at one
time or another.
I'm working at playing guitar, and the thing I want most is to play
smokin' bluesey leads. When I'm listening to a blues tune, I can make up
a lead in my head on the fly, I just can't get it to come out of the
guitar yet.
That being said, I'd have to go with Road Angel, when Pat, TJ, and John
start trading licks back and forth. Man, that just gets me all kinds of
fired up. To finally be able to lay down licks like that would be
awesome.
Singing is simple. Listen To The Music was the first Doobs song I ever
heard, and the first song that really caught my attention and got me
hooked on a group. If I could sing LTTM with the guys, I could die a
happy man. Heck, I'd settle for unplugged, sittin' on the patio at the
Los Gatos Lodge.
