I cannot put into words what an experience this has been for Debra and I. The Doobie Bros. were of course great, as always. Meeting all the guys was a real treat. The socials, the convention, the auction, THE CONCERTTS!! What a way to spend time.
I must say though, one of the outstanding highlights were the fans. VanHelen, Ann, Laurin, Suzy, Palmer, Ed, David, Lori, Rick, Nancy, Rick Santangelo, Chris P., Chris S., Pete, Gary, and all those I'm failing to mention as I am still zoning, thank you all for being so nice to Deb and me. Especially Lori and Rick. Debra wants the car wash bill.
Thanks to all the other guitarists. Had a blast during the jam session Thursday night. David, will you teach me Salt Key?
And a very special thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Doobie Dan. You guys helped me out in a pinch the last night. I'll never forget it. And being a "Doobie Roadie"!! Thanks Doobie Dan!!
