Dear Doob fans,
I may have mentioned this before, but just in case the newer Doob fans
don't know...I met Michael McDonald two and a half years ago, even before I
met the Doobie Brothers! I was touring with a band called Lyric, and we were
blessed to open for Michael at the House of Blues in Chicago. After the
show, we went up to his dressing room to meet him, and yes, he was wonderful!
A very sweet and humble man! One of the lead singers for Lyric just went up
to him and gave him big bear hug, and turned around and walked away, he was
so blown away by Michael! Anyway, that's my story!
