I can't believe it. In today's issue of the local newspaper there was almost a full page article on the Doobies and the release of Sibling Rivalry with a great photo of the guys. I believe that this is the same article which hit major newspapers a couple of weeks ago, and is just now being picked up by the Roanoke news (not unusual considering everything we get here is stale dated). The article itself is pretty darn good, and I have always been told that any publicity is good publicity. Maybe now some folks will hit the stores for copies of Sibling Rivalry for Christmas ideas. By the way, does anyone know how sales of SR are doing? I have seen absolutely no promotion here locally. The weekly ads from Best Buy and others which push hot, new releases have never given it the time of day. I am really curious as to what sales are like. Anyway, I am thrilled that the Roanoke paper finally had some decent news for a change, even though it is a bit stale. I intend to call and thank them for the article.
