That said, let me see if I can sew the seeds of a good Doobie thread. Since one of the big things these days is getting a CD recorder, and making "Mix" CDs, what songs would you put on a Doobies Mix CD? The only guideline is to pick one(and only one) song from each and every Doobie Brothers album. If you want to include solo works, and Disc 4 of the Box Set, go for it.
And this idea is so freshly hatched, I don't even have my own list yet, but I'll get it done quick as I can. Meanwhile, everybody else have at it!
