Some say you haven't really made it until "Weird Al" parodies your song.
Well, that might apply to bands after "Weird Al" got going, but it has made
me think.  Is there a Doobie song that would lend itself to be parodied?

I can't think of one off the top of my head.  The guys don't play like
Nirvana did where you can't understand every second syllable.  The titles of
the songs don't seem to lend themselves to a slight change.  And I can't see
a TV theme song being sung to the music of "The Doctor".

Can anyone think of a Doobie song that would have a chance at being parodied,
and being parodied in a good way, like Al does it?

Jim
