Certainly Jack, although frankly I never heard them referred to as
"Border Patrol". I remember them having the Memphis Horns with them also. I
believe Donny Baldwin (of Elvin Bisop Band, Snail, & Starship) was the
drummer that played a year or so later for TJ's tour of the 2nd solo Album.
Also wasnt Brett Bloomfield (of Micky Thomas Band, Snail, Starship) the bass
player on the 2nd tour.? I cant remember the kids name that played lead for
him but I believe he was with the "Stu Blank Band" and /or "Mistress" Yea
, Good shows at the Bodega, Keystone Palo Alto, and TJ opened a show for
Tower of Power at the now defunct Circle Star Theatre. Bringing back some
old, but fun memories now . . .
