I've not had the pleasure of meeting Laurin, but I'd love to see the
background. Two years ago when my heart was absolutely shredded over not
meeting the band when there was a mix-up over back-stage passes, he really
went out of his way to get me the same opportunity at another show. That
experience showed me that he's got the same passion for caring for people, in
general and the fans in particular, as the Brothers do. C'mon, Laurin, share
with us.
