Okay I am going to be the one that breaks the ice about what I thought was
WRONG with BTM.
One...no Cris Simmons, which to me is such a behind the scenes force of the
Doobies.
Two....nothing about any of the families or any clips of the kids on the
stage. Sorry Dana, (Keith and Kate) has had such a hard time and addiction is
a horrible thing and it's nessesary to bring it out and talk about it
ALOT...but I was dissappointed that the bands family lives weren't a bigger
part of the show.
Three... nothing about all the good stuff the guys do. They mentioned the
Hollywood Bowl and the Vets, which is a BIG DEAL to all of us, but nothing
about their involvement with the NVF, just the reunion. (and nothing about
any of the other good work they do or the Fan Club...)
We need more time to fill in the gaps!!!
Okay, I am braced and prepared for your lashings. Lay em on me.
I am still going to thank VH1 for doing the spot.
