Yea but Michael Mc, was able to convince a judge that he wasn't flattered at
all by Robbie Dupree's "Steal Away" hit single from the late 70's era. Thus
the judge found for Mike, in Mike's suit over plagerism assesing Dupree's
song was really too close to "Minute by Minute".
PS I would certainly say Mr. Dupree at least gave "his" song an ironic
title if in fact he gave it nothing else. . .
