That CD is available from CD Now.com ($30).  That's where I got mine; the 
price didn't stop me.  I'm doubtful as to how much collector's value it will 
have, but I have no doubt about it's LISTENING value!  Enjoy it like a fine 
wine.  Wine is for drinking...music for listening & neither should be for 
speculation!
