Thanks to all that
responded. Most answers were cut and dry, right to the point. Some really made
me think of what to do. 6 say
open it. 2 say no. 2 really made me think about it.
George, I think you put it
best..."Wine is for
drinking...music for listening & neither should be for
speculation!" I enjoy good wine
regularly, and a bottle never lasts for more than a day in this house! But
it's not like I haven't
heard the music before. I've got 4 mint copies of the lp on vinyl. Even a
Canadian import. But now I have it in the flawless digital format.
My Doobies collection will
never be for sale. It will be left in my will for my heirs to do with what they
please. So I guess if I don't open it, it would be about as useful as the semi
monthly AOL disk I get in the mail. I didn't see it at CD Now.com, so I'll make
one more trip to the local import store. If it's not there, it gets
opened!
