I have to strain the memory a little bit on this one. I believe the year was 1973 in
Philadelphia. I know the city is right, it's the only place I've ever lived. Anyway,
the opening act for the Doobs was a new guy who played the piano and was about to
release his first album. The title was "Piano Man". His name was Billy Joel. The guy
was pretty good! Sorry,though,I still liked the Doobies better. Great show.
