Cool fluorescent ultraviolet black light lamps (150-
200 watts) The Black lights could have a built in blinker. Black lights
set back so as to cover the entire tree. All ornaments to be painted
with fluorescent transparent paint solution. Tree & all other
decorations to be dipped in fluorescent solution. Please tell your
friends and family about this great idea!
