Hi Josh!
You can usually ignore those. Eagle does that whenever you have silkscreen
going over (or near) exposed metal or substrate. The fab will most likely
fix it (OSH Park does), so it's not something you need to worry about. It's
worth checking with your fab though, since if they don't fix this, it will
cause issues when you try to solder things down.

KICAD doesn't have this problem, since it will automatically remove
silkscreen from exposed areas when it plots the gerbers

If you're in the odd case of using a fab that doesn't fix it for you,
there's some tricks to manually fiddling with the gerbers and merging them
with GerbV to make it work. It's probably not necessary though, so I won't
detail it unless requested :)
