Does anyone have a device that can read a hex file off a pic chip? And if so , could you bring it to dorkbot?

I have an old Needham EMP-21 programmer. I can bring it tonight, if you can install their software and figure out which of the I/O modules needs to be installed for this particular PIC chip. Of course, you'll also need their software on your computer to actually use it, since I no longer have it installed anywhere.

Here's the site where you can download the software.

Hopefully the software will have a demo mode or some way to tell you which module is needed. I still have a small collection of them. Tell me which one is needed and I'll confirm if I have it, and I'll put it into the programmer before I bring it this evening.

I have a 16F88 pic chip running at 8mhz and we want to make a bunch of copies. I had no idea this was even possible. cheers, tom
