There's also a great tool out there for doing solder stencils on the Cameo: 
https://github.com/pmonta/gerber2graphtec

I've made a few with the transparency sheets I had lying around and they work 
beautifully, 0.5mm pitch leads come out with no tearing. Much better than the 
toner transfer/etched aluminum masks I was using before.
