I would dearly love to find out who is hiring junior-level tech talent with
basic knowledge of technology and a willingness to learn.
I have an above-basic level of technology (the more I type that word, the more
I think it should { { ECHOechoecho… } }), experience coding in multiple
languages in a few different fields (web, Linux apps, microcontrollers, stuff),
and holy crapola, when do I stop learning new stuff? Still, just about every
junior-level open position that I see as well as most intern positions require
more seasoning than I currently have. Perhaps my understanding of “intern” and
“junior” are skewed. Dunno. I’m beginning my junior year at OSU (online CS
program) but I’m stuck in contract-web-dev world until I can get a break with
this job search.
So really, if anyone has a name for one of these companies that hires eager
folks with knowledge of { { TECHNOLOGYologyology… } }, please send it my way.
