Does anyone know where to buy large capacity NAND flash memory chips?
I'm looking for 128 Gb (16 GByte) or higher, ideally in the standard 48
pin TSOP package.
For example, this is the only one Digikey seems to have in stock.

Digikey lists a lot of larger sizes, but none are in stock.
