I got my hands on an official/early google cardboard
(https://www.google.com/get/cardboard/) kit a few weeks ago. It's
pretty fun!
I'm planning on bringing my kit to dorkbot tomorrow. It works well on
my 3 year old Galaxy Nexus, but a couple of demos don't load and the
magnetometer doesn't register unless I move the magnet in _front_ of the
phone (not like the intended side mount).
In any case, if you have an android phone and want to check it out
tomorrow, find me and we'll give it a demo. If somebody has a bluetooth
controller, that could be helpful...
