laser cutting services in Tualatin or McKenna Metals in NW are who I'd recommend.
McKenna has their problems with more advanced processes, (I wouldn't get anything powder coated there) but everything I've had laser cut by their 4000w laser turned out great and was less expensive for a 1 off prototype than laser cutting services.
