I've been using Powerstream (http://www.powerstream.com/) a lot recently for LiPoly packs. Good service, good prices if you're buying 100, but the small quantity prices are meh. I *strongly* recommend either purchasing batteries with protection boards, or buying protection boards and adding them immediately on receipt. If you short out or overcharge a 1000mAH LiPoly, you're gonna have a bad time. --Ward
