Hello! I am not sure this has been adressed before (I just joined the email list) but here is a petsc package file with trilinos ml support.
The file assume that the ml library is installed by dorsal (which isn't that bad of an assumption ;)). So the user need to put 'trilinos' infront of 'petscwithml' in the platform file. Cheers, Johan
