Hmm, while I am finished with the FEniCS installation on the cluster I have totally forgotten the path I needed to take. It was an iteration between yum - install, dorsal install and manually compiling stuff, which dorsal did not manage to install. I am not sure I am able to backtrack that. I think some packages had problems detecting the dorsal installed Boost. I also had to disable OpenMP in DOLFIN, but I guess I could just add that package to the platform file. That said, I will soon try to install FEniCS on another (!?) CentOS, so I might be able to do it in one go. Also I think CentOS does not ship all packages that RHEL 5 ship. I was for example not able to install some of the packages mentioned in the RHEL file.
