I think so, but I haven't tested so I'm not sure (that's why I haven't moved it to the supported platforms yet). However, there has been reports that it works, for instance in this bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dorsal/+bug/905211 According to that bug, it is necessary to set PYTHON_LIBRARY when building Trilinos, UFC and DOLFIN. However, I assume that if one follows the instructions in the platform file to select Python 2.7 from MacPorts, it should work without it.
