I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Linux Format gave away a free web
copy yesterday. It's a zip file of about 130MB and when unpacked contains the
whole of Issue 116 in indexed PDFs.
They only made it available for 24 hrs and it was on a particularly slow
torrent, so I've only just got the last chunks. If anyone would like a copy,
I'll upload it to my website and you can all grab it from there.
In case your wondering here is a snippet from the index page:
'Enjoy it. Learn from it. Give it to your friends. Pass it around at your user
group.'
They want people to have it, so there's no copyright issues (I assume as long
as you don't reproduce any of it in other material).
