I'm a big fan of OpenOffice and use it exclusively on my home computer, whether I am on Linux or Windows 7. However, recently, I've had to open a few documents created in Microsoft Office (2003 and 2007) and the formatting looked so out, it was painful to read. As far as I could tell, the primary offender (at least in these documents) was bullet numbering - squares were randomly shown instead of certain bullet numbers, and also the formatting of those bullet numbers was all over the place (different size, different font, different style). Now, bullet numbering is a tricky formatting issue anyway but people use it a lot so it's a highly visible flaw in OpenOffice when opening Microsoft Office documents unfortunately. -- Check out Sudoku Way, my Tetris meet Sudoku game for Android at https://market.android.com/details?id=net.cogitas.sudokuway Using Twitter?
