Peter

If you don't get any takers then I may be able to use it in my project of recycling PC's for use by people who can't afford to buy new. At the moment I have a laptop being used by a 80+ person and have 3 other PC's awaiting loading of Linux and finding new users. All this so far is through my Church contacts plus the 2 screens donated by DLUG members. The project is just taking off so I'm learning how to proceed and how much support is required (may need help with this if the project takes off!!!)

Hi,
A friend upgraded her Windoze machine - a Packard Bell celeron [ 80 G hard disk
: 2 Gig ram ]

So I cleaned it up by loading Linux Mint 12 on it and it works well.

Its got a small flatscreen monitor - 15in I guesss

However, I have nowhere to store it - so if anyone knows of a good home please
contact me and you can have it.

cheers
