It sort of depends on what your interests are. I use Kubuntu so am a
member of the ubuntuforums, and also the raspberry Pi forums, and a
couple of security forums as well as Techrepublic. And also winnews.com
forum, but I haven't been on that one for a year or so. That takes up
too much of my time
