Well I thought it about time I joined the local group now I live in Dorset.
I am Ken, Founder of the Hampshire Group back in 1998. Using Linux in 1 form or another since March 1998. Currently using Ubuntu 12.10. With 12.04 on a netbook and Mint on a small desktop. Looking forward to next meeting at The Broadway. My first problem I have an Asus K55A running Windows 8. I have installed Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit, but the grub does not run the windows. When I select the windows boot entry, I get the following error message error: can't find command 'drivemap'. error: invalid EFI filepath. it then defaults back to the main grub menu and I can only boot the Ubuntu option. Google has not been my friend this time. Any help appreciated.
