Depends. That's from a local council IIRC. Others may do similar. Some of the data is available further afield but you may have to pan the map to it as the location may not be known in the text-entry search results. Also, it seems it can take longer to successfully load more remote areas, perhaps because of cache misses due to infrequent access.
