Or perhaps just light-entertaining; https://twitter.com/DrSamuelJohnson One has the choice of not following someone that tweets their every movement, cluttering the feed with much noise. Google+ has more fuller, interesting conversations than Twitter by way of the comments, but again it depends on picking those that you find interesting. That's often not the celebrities.
