Might be a good time to remind subscribers that the headers of every email from the list include List-* ones that have helpful links for common operations. The footer has http://dorset.lug.org.uk/ from where http://dorset.lug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=mailing_list gives you list background and links. Generally for a mailing list, you can email just the list and not all the subscribes by appending -owner, e.g. [email protected]. It has this address at the bottom of the listinfo page above.
