Oh I know that the report is true and I have some hopes that *this time* it
might actually be true that MS are *really* open sourcing the .NET Framework.
I would love to see it.
However, past experience tells me that when MS were under different management,
open source didn't quite mean what we all know it means.
I'd love to be proved wrong this time. I'm all for genuine competition.
