I'd go for 'file 149C6000' as well. (I'd also +1 Keith's opinion of extensions...)
If that doesn't help then there are some sites Out There where you might be able to submit the file to be investigated (though you might not want to do that); also there appears to be a tool called 'TRiD' (which I've not tried so can't recommend) that might be useful.
