I've had dealings with Hays in the past, both as a candidate and while looking for candidates and although generally recruitment agencies have a bad reputation for good reasons, I found Hays the best of the lot that I'd dealt with. I agree with the principle of keeping job ads off the list though - there are more appropriate places for them.
