It quite possible the above messages occur when Chromium works as
they're warnings so I'm ignoring those.

Is there some Google Cloud service you use, or used to?

Really empty, or some GUI is hiding entries starting with a ‘.’?

It's unlikely IMO, not that I use it.
This might mean something to you, it's about the QUOTA_EXCEEDED above.
