Please send me your comments to [EMAIL PROTECTED] * * *SAP OM-PA Project Lead* * * *Location: *NJ *Duration:* 6-7 Months *Rate:* Negotiable (All Inclusive) * * *Job Description:* The SAP OM/PA Project Lead will be responsible for managing the implementation of SAP's OM/PA application for the global operations of the client. § The applicant should have a minimum of eight years of expert-level functional knowledge in the implementation of SAP's OM/PA solution for global clients, inclusive of Global Employment. *Job Responsibilities:* · Report to the Global SAP Program/Project Manager. · Gather and analyze business requirements from SMEs, document functional/technical requirements, develop and recommend solutions and identify any potential process changes affected. · Perform functional design for the implementation of the US OM/PA solution. · Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes. · Lead and direct system configuration for SAP OM/PA module. · Manage internal or third party programming/development activities. · Create plans and lead QA/test activities for all configuration/development activities · Ensure development of appropriate documentation · Ensure adherence to change control policies and adherence to audit and legislative guidelines. · Maintain project schedules and manage progress toward final solution and results. Maintain project communications with process owners, project sponsors, and management within SAP Services. *Required Experience:* § Corresponding functional awareness of and/or implementation of SAP Payroll is also desired. § Experience must include multiple full lifecycle implementations, including configuration, testing, roll-out and post-implementation support. § A deep functional understanding of the supporting HR Processes with the ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across HR is critical. ASAP methodology experience is required.
