Position: Web Application Developer
Location: Tallahassee, Florida

Notes:
. A background check will be performed, including fingerprinting,
which will be completed on the consultant working on this project prior to
commencing work
. Submit pre-screening reference checks on all candidates submitted.
. Supply a matrix of candidate skills highlighting required skills
. Resumes must be received prior to 5:00 pm EST on September 4,
2008.
. The selected candidate must comply with all project policies and
procedures.
. Those employed with this Project must be non-smoking.
. Any and all inventions, discoveries, developments and innovations
conceived during this engagement shall be the exclusive property of the
Department.
. Consultant may be required to work before, during and/or beyond
normal work hours or days in the event of an emergency. Emergency duty
required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross
shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited
to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster,
man-made or
The consultant will perform the following tasks:
* Develop documentation as requested
* Develop timelines as requested
* Analyze data, create data dictionary, participate in database design
in collaboration with other team members.
* Perform any tasks or deliverables as determined by the ATACS Project
Manager, while adhering to all project standards
* Acquire an understanding of the web development and database
modification processes following all project policies
* Prepare and submit a weekly activity report
* Prepare and submit a monthly invoice
Required:
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
. Ability to be self-directive, but follow instructions if required
. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work closely with
other team members to resolve programming issues
. 10 years experience with Application and Business Requirements
Analysis
. 5 years experience with .NET Web Application Development in
<http://asp.net/> ASP.NET using <http://vb.net/> VB.NET
. 5 years experience with Javascript
. 5 years experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET
. 5 years experience with MS SQL Server Database
. 5 years experience with MS Visual SourceSafe
Preferred:
. Crystal Reports Programming
. 3 years experience with Redgate SQL product or similar SQL tools
