Job Description: The Project Manager will be part of the Business Services team and oversee the Project Phoenix HR/Payroll functional core team through the implementation and support of Post Production support of Oracle's E-Business Suite. The Project Manager will interact with management, business users, the development and testing teams to ensure that project timelines are met within established budgets. The Project Manager will oversee the build of system configurations, design of Test Plans, and ensure successful test execution and recording of results. The Project Manager will ensure that all relative projects meet all Sarbanes_Oxley requirements. The project manager will also monitor conversion processes, manage the creation of Oracle Discoverer reports, problem solve and provide informal training to the HR/Payroll and Business Services team members. Required Skills: . Bachelor's degree in Business with strong background in HR/Payroll . 4+ years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite .
