80% *Assists in the design, development, and implementation of new
application.
*Assists in the preparation of detailed specifications for programs to be
written.
*Uses specialized skills and technical expertise to assist users in
resolving a system problem, or escalates problem to a more experienced
systems analyst in accordance with service level agreements.
10% *Assists SR. PHP developer in providing alternative solutions and
recommending the best solution based upon fact discovery and management.
**** Specialized/Practical Knowledge:
*▫ Clear understanding of the entire project life cycle including Analysis,
Design and Development.
▫ Create high-level technical specifications for use by resources and for
knowledge transfer
▫ Extensive experience working with *PHP, Apache, HTML, DHTML, XML, XSLT,
CSSweb servers and Oracle.*
▫ Innovative, self-motivated, delivery focused and detail-oriented with
excellent communication skills with peers and users.
▫ Able to work individually and across globally diversified virtual
technology teams.
▫ Extensive experience in relational database systems like *SQL Server,
Sybase, Oraclie, and Relational Database Design.*
▫ Well versed in *SQL* Plus, PL/SQL and Store Procedures *with various data
