Description: Must have Requirements:
-5+ years domain knowledge of Healthcare architecture projects
- strong Pega/PRPC architecture experience
- Strong Oral and written communication skills
Accountable for the architecture and detailed design of the solution to be
implemented as part of the business requirements/needs. Solution will need
to be in alignment with enterprise solution architecture and components
within the corporate infrastructure in addition to the standards for PEGA
implementations.
This resource will be required to work in the Washington DC location. The
resource will be required to work in the Owings Mills location to get
acclimated with the Pega Competency Center staff along with other teams
within the organization. (be able to travel between locations in DC and
Owings Mills, MD)
Contractor must have knowledge of application and infrastructure systems,
middleware, open gateways, and multiple database technologies. This
individual will have to coordinate and construct the design, management, and
development of multiple projects and select the most efficient and reliable
technologies to meet the demands of the business group.
Additional Skills:
Must have knowledge with Web architectures including
application servers, security, Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) along with infrastructure platforms that
make up an ESB.
A solid background with integration, including integrating
PRPC using TIBCO and services a plus.
Experience in healthcare industry
Experience in claims processing projects a plus

Description: PegaRULES Process Commander development, including System
Architect are essential to this position.
Requirements: 3+ years' domain knowledge of either Healthcare, Banking,
Insurance, or Project Management/Testing Tools
3+ years related experience doing analysis, requirements definition and
3+ implementation of custom features in an enterprise application
3+ environment (Java, C++ or .NET)
2+ Years experience with Web Architecture
Strong understanding of RDBMS and SQL queries
2+ year Experience consulting or interacting with customers year
2+ experience in a Leadership role
Experience with Pega PRPC
This position is a senior position within an enrollment project that is
already in the SDLC process. The candidate will be responsible for two
phases of the development project. The first role will be a lead technical
delivery manager and the second role will be hands on in the development
cycle. As part of the development role, it will range from working through
workflows with the business unit to overseeing the Pega architecture being
developed.
Responsible for coding, testing and analyzing 2-tier, 3-tier, or N-tier
client/server applications. Supports existing business systems applications.
Consults with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate
technical solutions. Responsible for designing and documenting technical
requirements for business applications. Must be able to determine and
document complex software or system functional specifications.
