Duration: 6 months +
* Someone who is a Leader / Doer. Need to be very flexible and comfortable
with dividing and conquering model. (This person is not a task manager.)
* Experience leading a BPO initiative, and or closure / transition of job
duties from one office to another
* They need PM skillsets, but they will also be creating / putting together
templates, scorecards and etc. They need to have real world business
consulting experience.
* Need to be driven and have the ability to create solutions and
recommendations for transition approaches
* Need to have the ability to be comfortable managing expectations,
communications, and etc. with Director, VP, & SVP level individuals
* Accountable to successfully measure and transition our first wave of
Operations work to India.
* Establish a framework and facilitate Allianz resources for travel
abroad
* Partner with TCS & Core Project team to create knowledge transfer
schedules and set workday expectations
* Create 'scorecards' that objectively measure the success of key
components for the transition.
* Knowledge Transfer
* Offshore pilot
* Offshore Training
* Standard Operating procedure documentation
* Onshore Stabilization (How effective is Allianz at
stabilizing people, process, & technology in a measurable fashion)
* No travel offshore necessary.
* Comfortable working in a very diverse and dynamic work climate.
* Person must be able to operate with limited direction, and navigate the
organization to get what they need to get done.
Position will require facilitation of business changing decisions and
approvals from all levels within the company, beginning with Sr. Management.
