Duration: 6 months
*Requirements:*
· 7 t o10 years experience as Sr. Oracle DBA, including
responsibility for databases in excess of 200GB in a 7 x 24 environment.
· 2+ years of experience in leadership role
· Looking for strong data modeling experience for relational
database.
· Demonstrated effectiveness by successfully leading 1-2 large scale
complex projects
· Direct experience with Oracle running on UNIX, preferably Solaris.
· Very good experience with different aspect of database tuning,
application (PL/SQL) and SQL tuning.
· Experience with Veritas Quick I/O, Net backup, and Volume Manager
highly desirable.
· Strong shell scripting experience is a must.
· Senior position requires strong experience in high availability &
replication solutions along with good exposure to Oracle internals. (Oracle
Dataguard, RAC, Streams etc)
Experience in leading highly motivated DBA team members
