Experience using IBM Rational Requisite Pro (Version 6.0 or higher). j. Formal education in business analysis (list courses and dates, or associated degree with date). k. Job Description: Duties: analysis and design of reporting, website, and user interface; transforms legislative, user and NYSDOH requirements into system and data requirements and analysis artifacts including use cases; prepares technical and user documentation including business use cases. Quality assurance activities including the development and execution of software test plans, scripts, and scenarios; regression testing; evaluate test results and software performance; identify technical and functional defects; and assist the NYSDOH in performing use acceptance test. Examples of Quality Assurance activities and responsibilities that will be required of the Contractor in this project include, but not limited to: 1. Develop test plans, scenarios, and test cases that will exercise the business, functional, and technical requirements of the system; 2. Develop test data for use in executing the QA phase of the systems development life cycle (SDLC); 3. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios including regression and volume tests; 4. Evaluate test results and performance of software; 5. Identify technical and functional software defects; 6. Work with the project team to complete the QA process to bring the software quality to a level where it can be delivered to NYSDOH for user acceptance tests; 7. Assist NYSDOH in performing user acceptance tests. Examples of Business Analyst activities and responsibilities that will be required of the Contractor in this project include, but not limited to: 1. Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, focus groups and personal interviews to capture business and technical requirements, including the transformation of user, NYSDOH, and legislative requirements into system requirements; 2. Work with NYSDOH staff to develop, review, and gain approval of business, data, technical, and quality requirements; 3. Develop use cases; 4. Develop and/or modify functional and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation; 5.
